Mental Health Innovations is a digital charity that utilises technology to create and deliver accessible mental health support services. The organisation operates Shout, a confidential text support service, and PeerChat, a one-to-one webchat platform that offers peer support for young people aged 16 to 25.

Following a merger with the youth charity The Mix, the organisation has expanded its digital support services for children, young people, and adults. In addition to direct support, the charity runs a youth voice programme to co-design its services and analyses anonymised, aggregated conversation data to generate insights into national mental health trends.
