We read the Home Office register so you don't have to.
SponsorJobs is a focused job board for one thing: real UK roles at employers who can sponsor your visa. Built and maintained by one engineer in London, and free for jobseekers, forever.
What we will and won't do.
SponsorJobs exists because the current UK sponsor-job ecosystem is broken in a specific, dishonest way. These are the decisions we've made about how to fix it.
Only list roles at licensed sponsors.
Every job on the site is matched to an employer on the Home Office register. No aggregator dumps, no "sponsorship available on request" nonsense.
Cross-check against live vacancies every hour.
A sponsor licence alone isn't enough. Companies stop hiring and let old roles linger, so we re-check every listing against the employer's live careers feeds each hour and drop ghost roles fast.
Show the visa route on every job.
Skilled Worker, Health & Care, Scale-up, Global Business Mobility and the rest: each role shows which route the employer can sponsor you under, so you don't waste a week finding out.
We'll never ask for your CV.
No "upload your CV for better matches", no lead-generation shell game. Browse first; a free email sign-in only kicks in if you want to save jobs or read past a handful. You always apply directly to the employer, and your data isn't the product.
We will never charge jobseekers.
No paid tiers, no "premium" applications, no visa-support upsell. If there's ever a business model, it'll sit on the employer side, never the applicant.
We won't pretend we're government.
SponsorJobs is an independent project. We link to the Home Office register but we're not affiliated, endorsed, or part of UKVI. We're transparent about our sources and when data was last synced.
How a listing gets here.
Three stages, one loop, running around the clock.
Three public sources, reconciled.
No scraping in the dark, no mystery "our database". Every field on the site traces back to a named public source, and we show you which.
The authoritative register of every UK employer licensed to sponsor workers. We ingest the full list and track licence ratings (A / B / pre-licence) and covered routes.
Live vacancy data from public job boards and employer careers pages. Matched to licensed sponsors by company name and website.
Registered legal name, address, SIC code, incorporation date, and group structure. Used to resolve multi-entity groups (e.g. a parent company with several licensed subsidiaries).
Common questions.

One inbox. The same person who built the site reads every message. Questions, corrections, press, partnerships: all fine.
