1. What SponsorJobs is
SponsorJobs is an independent informational service that aggregates publicly available UK sponsor-licence and job-listing data into a searchable site. By using the site you agree to these terms.
We are not a recruitment agency or employment business. We do not offer employment, sponsor visas, screen candidates, or act as an intermediary between you and any employer. Clicking an "Apply" link takes you to a third-party site (the employer or a job board) where the actual application happens under that site's terms.
We are not affiliated with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), the Home Office, or any of the companies listed on the site.
2. Accounts
- You must be 16 or older to create an account.
- Sign-in uses one-tap magic links emailed to the address you provide. Keep your email account secure — anyone who controls your inbox can sign in as you.
- One account per person. Don't create multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits, evade bans, or scrape data.
- We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, including for the abuse patterns listed in section 4.
3. Accuracy of listings
Job listings, sponsor-licence statuses, salary ranges, location information, and company details are aggregated from third-party sources (employer websites, public job boards, the Home Office register, LinkedIn, etc.) and may be out of date, incomplete, or incorrect at any given moment.
A company appearing on this site does not guarantee that they will sponsor you, that the role is still open, that the salary still meets visa thresholds, or that the company's sponsor licence is still active. Always verify with the employer directly and consult the official Home Office register before relying on this information for a visa application.
We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use the site as a research starting point, not as legal or immigration advice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically harvest data from the site at volumes that exceed normal human browsing. Use of headless browsers, automation frameworks, or distributed scraping infrastructure is prohibited.
- Resell, republish, or redistribute any meaningful portion of the site's data without our prior written permission.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise probe the site's infrastructure beyond what is normally exposed in HTTP responses.
- Use the site to harass, defame, or contact any company or individual outside of the apply links provided.
- Submit deliberately false information when creating an account (false name, false country, etc.) for the purpose of skewing our data or evading account limits.
5. Intellectual property
The site's design, code, copy, and aggregated database (taken as a whole) are protected by copyright and database right. You may use the site for personal job-search purposes and may share individual listing URLs publicly. Bulk extraction or republishing of the underlying database is not permitted.
Logos, company names, and other trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SponsorJobs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site — including but not limited to visa application outcomes, employment decisions, or financial loss resulting from reliance on the information shown.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@sponsorjobs.co. We may suspend or terminate your access to the site if you breach these terms, abuse the service, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (sections 3, 5, 6, 7, and 10) will continue to apply.
9. Changes to these terms
We will update the version date at the top of this page when these terms change. When changes are material we will email registered users and prompt for re-acceptance at the next sign-in. Continued use after notification means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
