We're looking for a kind, compassionate and resilient Support Worker to join our Homelessness Social Care Service in Kensington & Chelsea. 1x SW (Scattered sites) working pattern 9am - 5pm Monday-Friday. 1x SW (Warwick Road) rolling Rota. 8am - 4pm & 1pm - 9pm plus weekends. £30,784.00 per annum, working 40 hours per week.
