As part of the Trailblazer Scheme, you'll complete two six-month placements on Bellrock’s key client accounts during your first 12 months, gaining exposure to different sectors/clients or operating models. Alongside this hands-on experience, you’ll follow a structured training and development programme designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to lead your own account shortly thereafter.
At the end of the programme, you’ll move into a permanent role within Bellrock that aligns with your skills, performance, and career ambitions – guaranteed.

Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from our offices based in Leicester/ or London on a hybrid basis. Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday , 8.30am to 5pm.

- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify and deliver measurable service improvements
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and understanding of contract performance
- Take increasing ownership of account activities and decision-making

During Your Placements, You Will
- Work closely with relevant Account Directors on high-profile client projects
- Conduct data analysis and identify opportunities to enhance service value
- Collaborate with our Energy and Smart Engineering teams to deploy innovative tech-driven solutions
- Take ownership of a key contract area such as:
- Supply chain oversight
- Service excellence delivery
- Compliance and risk management
- Senior Leader Mentor – One-to-one mentoring from a member of the Bellrock SLT
- Professional Development – Sponsored ILM Level 5 training and structured support
- Bellrock Academy – Access to tailored courses aligned to your personal growth
- Guaranteed Role – A defined position after 24 months, based on your progress and interests

- 1–5 years in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or Property Services
- Strong customer-facing experience and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with compliance, HSE, and sustainability best practices
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and insights generation
