Accounts Executive, Central London – perfect opportunity for a recent graduate

Full time – Graduate Trainee role – in a young, vibrant company – mostly office based.

Job involves a mix of sales ledger and purchase ledger responsibilities using our financial software.

What we are looking for:

This is an entry-level position within the finance team, supporting day-to-day financial operations and reporting. The role is suitable for intelligent candidates at the start of their finance career and provides exposure to core finance processes and systems – with guidance from a senior finance professional who will pass on their years of expertise and experience ensuring that you and the job are constantly evolving.

Since 2007, we have been helping advertising agencies and their clients plan, buy and create successful radio and audio campaigns. Our creative writers and producers help our clients to imagine and then produce award winning audio campaigns. Our media buying teams are the best in the business, combining high end media strategy, cost-effective media buying and ‘love of the game’ to create extraordinary work and client results. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Help with reconciliations and basic financial checks
• Process invoices, expenses, or payments where required
• Support routine finance tasks and administrative activities
• Assist with financial reporting and data entry
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Provide general support to the finance team as needed

Skills and Experience:

• Good (graduate level) understanding of finance or accounting principles
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Fun-loving, outgoing and happy to be part of our “expert” team
