Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support Directors within the PR team, working across series, film, documentaries, and unscripted content. This role is based in their London office.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, forward-thinking, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple and diverse responsibilities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for three Directors, including scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
- Prepare and maintain meeting agendas, presentation decks, organisational charts, and onboarding materials for new starters.
- Handle high-volume communication across multiple teams and functions, including global marketing, PR, and content divisions.
- Coordinate team events, including offsites, workshops, and training sessions.
- Arrange domestic and international travel as required.
- Perform general administrative duties, including raising purchase orders, reconciling expenses, maintaining Google Groups distribution lists, circulating NDAs/contracts, and updating team documents.
- Support PR events and activities when required.
- Collaborate closely with other assistants across UK and EMEA teams.
- Strong experience in an administrative assistant role supporting Director level or above.
- Previous experience in the entertainment industry is preferred.
- Strong desire to build a career in administrative or business support functions.
- Flexible, proactive team player comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Solutions-oriented with a calm, positive, and optimistic approach.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, etc.), Google Suite
