Working pattern: 37 hours per week. Term time plus inset days, 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday

Actual starting salary (calculated pro rata): £22,747 per annum.

Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about student wellbeing?

We are seeking a Safeguarding Administrator to join our dedicated team and play a vital role in supporting safeguarding and attendance processes across the Academy.

This Is a Varied Role And Duties Will Include

  • Maintain and update safeguarding records (electronic and paper)
  • Monitor CPOMS and safeguarding communications, escalating concerns as needed
  • Provide admin support to Safeguarding, Attendance, and Pastoral teams
  • Arrange meetings, take minutes, and manage records securely
  • Support attendance processes, including morning registration
  • Assist with medical room administration and student health records
  • Produce reports, maintain spreadsheets, and ensure data accuracy
  • Uphold strict confidentiality at all times
