Inspire Education Group is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and customer-focused leader to join our team as Group Admissions & Careers Experience Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a range of key student-facing services across the Group, ensuring prospective and current students receive an outstanding experience from their first interaction through to enrolment and beyond.

The successful candidate will lead and develop teams across:

Admissions, Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG)
Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG)
Customer service, reception and front-of-house
Student finance and financial support
Student transport services

You will play a key role in improving the student journey, increasing applicant engagement and conversion, and ensuring our services are consistently welcoming, professional and student-centred. You will also champion our careers, not courses approach, helping learners make informed choices and progress towards meaningful career outcomes.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

Significant experience in admissions, student recruitment, student services or a busy customer-focused environment
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Experience of driving service improvement and managing change
A strong commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion
Experience within Further Education and/or careers guidance would be desirable
