You will be working in the BokLok UK Operating Unit where we are currently looking for an Aftercare Manager, who will be responsible for efficient and seamless post-completion delivery process internally and for the customer and lead and manage the aftercare process for BoKlok’s completed projects throughout the Defects Liability Period.

As The Aftercare Manager, You Will

  • Leading aftercare activities to manage legacy defects on completed projects, inclusive of stakeholder engagement.
  • Assist in developing and managing the Health & Safety process, including RAMS, and facilitate monthly feedback sessions with the aftercare provider and supply chain.
  • Manage Defects Liability Period Inspections, completing timely rectification of observations in accordance with contract obligations or applying mitigation
  • Act as BoKlok liaison for Management Company and Aftercare Agents on customer complaints.
  • Coordinate and synchronising of planning and actions between Customers, Management Companies, Aftercare agents.
  • Tracking and register actions on the Aftercare Portal System.

We Are Looking For

  • Good knowledge of project delivery, and aftercare process for new-built residential.
  • Previous experience withing residential customer relations.
  • Competent with law and code of conduct for aftercare of residential developments.
  • Leadership competencies to manage complex internal and external interactions.
