You will be working in the BokLok UK Operating Unit where we are currently looking for an Aftercare Manager, who will be responsible for efficient and seamless post-completion delivery process internally and for the customer and lead and manage the aftercare process for BoKlok’s completed projects throughout the Defects Liability Period.

You will be working in the BokLok UK Operating Unit where we are currently looking for an Aftercare Manager, who will be responsible for efficient and seamless post-completion delivery process internally and for the customer and lead and manage the aftercare process for BoKlok’s completed projects throughout the Defects Liability Period.
As The Aftercare Manager, You Will
- Leading aftercare activities to manage legacy defects on completed projects, inclusive of stakeholder engagement.
- Assist in developing and managing the Health & Safety process, including RAMS, and facilitate monthly feedback sessions with the aftercare provider and supply chain.
- Manage Defects Liability Period Inspections, completing timely rectification of observations in accordance with contract obligations or applying mitigation
- Act as BoKlok liaison for Management Company and Aftercare Agents on customer complaints.
- Coordinate and synchronising of planning and actions between Customers, Management Companies, Aftercare agents.
- Tracking and register actions on the Aftercare Portal System.
- Good knowledge of project delivery, and aftercare process for new-built residential.
- Previous experience withing residential customer relations.
- Competent with law and code of conduct for aftercare of residential developments.
- Leadership competencies to manage complex internal and external interactions.
