Expleo is currently seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to support a major OEM client on a maternity cover contract through to March 2027. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-performing environment delivering complex technology solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will play a critical role in enabling a high-performing Scrum team by:
- Coaching the team on Scrum principles, frameworks, and best practices
- Guiding delivery through effective execution of Scrum ceremonies:
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Planning
- Sprint Reviews
- Sprint Retrospectives
- Ensuring clear goals, scope, and priorities aligned with the Product Owner
- Supporting the management and optimisation of the Product Backlog
- Driving the team to deliver high-value outcomes and continuous improvement
- Identifying and removing impediments to maintain delivery momentum
- Promoting strong communication and collaboration within the team
- Monitoring and enhancing team dynamics and performance
- Acting as a motivator and facilitator, ensuring team cohesion
- Protecting the team from external distractions to maximise effectiveness
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
You will likely come from a background such as:
- Scrum Master
- Lead Scrum Master
- Scrum Master Manager
- Principal Scrum Master
With proven experience in:
- Leading cross-functional Agile teams
- Delivering within complex engineering or technology environments
- Stakeholder management and facilitation at multiple levels
