Lodha UK established its London presence in 2013-2014 and has since become one of the capital's most active prime and super-prime residential developers, with a combined portfolio in excess of £2 billion of gross development value across Central London. Its landmark schemes include No. 1 Grosvenor Square in Mayfair, Lincoln Square on the edge of Covent Garden, and Holland Park Gate in Kensington. Lodha UK is known for collaborating with some of the world's most distinguished architects and designers - including Patricia Urquiola, Yabu Pushelberg and Piero Lissoni - and for pairing outstanding design with the bespoke residential services of its in-house hospitality group, Lodha Hospitality. Lodha UK is underway with its fourth development in Belgravia. The business operates an integrated, in-house model spanning land acquisition, planning, design, development management, construction oversight, procurement, and sales and marketing - creating exceptional homes in highly desirable locations, which Lodha then develops, manages and operates through its dedicated in-house teams. Lodha UK also operates Lodha Partners, a dedicated advisory arm serving ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) private clients, bringing the same rigour and discretion the Group applies to real estate into personal wealth, investment and lifestyle advisory services.

Role Purpose

Lodha UK spans both the development business and Lodha Partners, its UHNW advisory arm. Within the real estate business, the ambition is to become the most AI-adopted developer in the market - every person in the top 5% of their peer group for AI usage in their role. That means reimagining how workflows are done in the first place, not just layering AI onto them incrementally. A sales lead intelligence pilot is due to launch as an early initiative, with more to follow as further opportunities are identified. This is a deliberately early-stage, fast-moving programme, built and run directly by the COO, Lodha Partners and the Co-CEO, LDUK, rather than through a formal committee. The AI & Data Strategy Analyst will work closely with them across the programme - helping shape the approach as much as execute against it.

Key Responsibilities

AI Adoption & Programme Delivery

• Support and drive AI adoption across Lodha UK, working closely with the COO, Lodha Partners and the Co-CEO, LDUK to ensure every person in Lodha UK is, in time, in the top 5% of their peer group for AI usage in their role.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI by reimagining workflows end-to-end, rather than applying AI incrementally to how things are done today.
• Support teams across the business in implementing those initiatives, from first pilot through to embedded, everyday use.
• Identify and introduce relevant AI tools.

Data Capture & Structuring

• Contribute to the firm's data capture and structuring efforts, supporting the build of the internal meeting/voice-intelligence workflow.
• Organise captured data into a single, reliable source of truth (e.g. Notion).

Analysis & Briefing

• Prepare clear analysis, workflow documentation and briefing materials (shortlists, usage surveys, briefing papers) to support decisions by the COO, Lodha Partners, the Co-CEO, LDUK and senior leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Essential: An MBA graduate (or final-year MBA candidate), or an early-career professional with a management consulting, strategy or Big 4 advisory background, with a genuine, hands-on curiosity about applying AI to real commercial workflows rather than a purely theoretical interest.
• Essential: A consulting-style toolkit - structuring ambiguous problems, synthesising messy inputs into crisp, decision-ready recommendations, and communicating confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Essential: Comfortable working hands-on with AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and confident picking up new ones quickly.
• Essential: Strong analytical rigour and attention to detail, with the ability to work through messy, unstructured data (spreadsheets, mailboxes, CRM records) and distil it into clear, decision-ready outputs.
• Essential: Available to start at short notice and commit to a 6–9 month term, full-time in Central London.
• Essential: Discreet and comfortable handling sensitive, confidential UHNW client data with sound judgement.
• Essential: Intelligent, personable, proactive and comfortable working at pace across multiple, still-forming workstreams with a degree of ambiguity.
• Desirable: Some exposure to Excel-based data analysis and, ideally, basic scripting or API work (e.g. Python).
