  • Build and deploy applications that deliver measurable outcomes
  • Use AI tools to accelerate development and iterate quickly
  • Choose appropriate technologies (Power Platform, React, Node.js, Python, Azure)
  • Translate business challenges into working solutions through stakeholder collaboration
  • Develop integrations across enterprise systems (Microsoft 365, CRM, legal platforms)
  • Create intuitive user experiences and maintain secure, compliant systems
  • Continuously improve applications based on real-world feedback

  • Proven experience using AI tools (such as Claude or GitHub Copilot) as a core development partner
  • Track record of delivering working software through rapid iteration
  • Strong ability to select appropriate technologies for different challenges
  • Experience working across multiple technology stacks, including Power Platform and modern development environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to balance speed with quality in a fast-moving environment

Highly Desirable

  • Experience delivering applications across multiple domains or industries
  • Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development to increase delivery speed
  • Full-stack development experience across frontend, backend, or integrations
  • Proficiency in languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
  • Experience with frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue and backend technologies such as Node.js or Azure Functions
  • Familiarity with Azure services, modern deployment platforms, and CI/CD practices
  • Understanding of security, governance, and API design, particularly in regulated environments
