Area Sales Manager - FTC
Location: Field based – UK Wide (minimum of 3 days per week spent in the field)

You'll take ownership of one of Golden Charter's most significant national partnerships, representing more than 50 locations across the UK. This is a rare opportunity to influence the direction of a key strategic relationship, driving commercial growth while building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders.
Far from a traditional account management role, you'll act as a strategic adviser and commercial partner, shaping and delivering initiatives that expand market reach, improve performance and create shared success. By combining commercial insight, relationship excellence and a results-focused approach, you'll identify new opportunities, influence decision-making at the highest level and deliver measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow key national partnerships, building strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Deliver account plans that drive sales, market share, and partner engagement.
- Use data and insight to identify opportunities, manage performance, and maximise growth.
- Collaborate with regional and branch leaders to translate strategy into measurable results.
- Provide regular business reviews, forecasting, and recommendations to support decision-making and partner satisfaction.
Essential Experience
- Significant experience managing major national or strategic accounts
- Proven success of delivering commercial growth and performance improvement
- Experience working with multi-site organisations
- Excellent relationship building, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Ability to analyse data and translate insight into action
- Excellent planning and organisational ability
- Full UK driving licence
