Inspire and Lead: Lead a team of Field Sales Consultants across a diverse and thriving - territory.Grow Business: Drive revenue through account management, customer retention, and a
- cquisition.Hit Targets: Ensure your team achieves monthly sales, gross profit, and
- KPI goals.Develop Talent: Train, coach, and mentor your team with at least 70% of your time spent in the field and 30% working
- from home.Strategise and Execute: Create and deliver a clear business plan with S
- MART goals.Build Relationships: Establish trust with existing customers and attract new business through consultative sales
- techniques.Analyse and Improve: Use data to identify trends and continuously improve p
erformance.
