Artificial Intelligence Technical Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong AI Technical Developer to join the team, reporting directly to the Head of AI Strategy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has a solid technical background, and is passionate about applying artificial intelligence to real-world business challenges.

You will work at the intersection of technology and commercial strategy, collaborating across departments to identify, evaluate, develop, and implement AI-driven initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. The role suits someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilitie

• sResearch, assess, and demonstrate emerging AI tools and platforms, evaluating their relevance across sales and other business functions
• .Work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify and prioritise high-value AI opportunities
• .Track, document, and report progress on AI initiatives, presenting updates to senior stakeholders including the Director of Sales Strategy and executive leadership when required
• .Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements and support the delivery of both off-the-shelf and custom AI solutions
• .Contribute to the development of strong business cases for AI adoption and implementation
• .Stay up to date with advancements in AI and proactively identify innovative solutions that can be applied within the business

Requirements & Qualificatio

• nsDegree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related disciplin
• e.3+ years of experience in a technically focused role with a proven ability to independently deliver solution
• s.Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts and their practical application
• s.Evidence of relevant project experience that can be discussed in interview
• s.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholder
• s.Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong interest in AI and its commercial use case
• s.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-priority environmen
