As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join our finance team in Battersea, London.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional finance role.

You'll sit at the heart of the business, partnering with client teams, operations and senior finance leaders to ensure projects are financially successful from start to finish. You'll help drive accurate reporting, revenue recognition, project profitability and commercial decision-making across a diverse portfolio of global clients.

What You'll Be Doing

✔ Managing project finances, budgets and Work In Progress (WIP) across client accounts

✔ Maintaining billing plans and ensuring invoices are issued accurately and on time

✔ Supporting revenue recognition and profitability reporting

✔ Reconciling project data across finance and operational systems

✔ Assisting with journals and reconciliations for month end reporting

✔ Working closely with account teams to provide financial insight and support

✔ Helping onboard new client projects and ensuring financial governance is maintained throughout the project lifecycle

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

✅ Experienced in a finance, billing, WIP or financial operations role

✅ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

✅ Commercially minded and confident working with financial data

✅ Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines

✅ A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships across different teams

✅ Proficient in Excel and financial systems

Experience within an agency, consultancy, professional services or project-based environment would be advantageous, but isn't essential.

Knowledge of Synergist or AccountsIQ would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
