Associate Consultant - Graduate Programme

Leadenhall Search & Selection are currently seeking an Associate Consultant to join our February 2027 graduate scheme. We are a boutique recruitment consultancy based in London, focusing on Consulting, Accounting & Finance, Data & Technology, and Legal recruitment. Currently 35 employees, we operate in the UK, US, Canada, and Europe. This is a great opportunity for graduates looking to start their recruitment career in London, with a company going through an exciting period of growth.

The Role

• Identify, attract, and onboard candidates and clients we're not currently engaged with
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment and interview process
• Hit deal targets and close deals alongside your manager
• Build relationships with large-scale global clients and generate new leads
• ·You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

The Person

• Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
• Results driven, with a natural drive, enthusiasm, and motivation
