About the opportunity

As an Associate Consultant at Stanton House, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging and building relationships with high-calibre candidates while developing your commercial and sales skills within a specialist market.

From day one, you'll be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, balancing the needs of both candidates and clients. This is an opportunity to take your existing sales experience and apply it in a highly consultative environment where relationship-building, market knowledge and commercial thinking are key to success.

We're growing across multiple teams in London, offering the opportunity to become a market expert within either Accounting & Finance or Change & Transformation, partnering with global and listed businesses. Previous experience in these sectors isn't required—we'll provide the training and support needed to develop your expertise.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a sales, business development, account management, customer-facing or internal recruitment role
  • Alignment with our values: Integrity, Energy and Ambition
  • Confidence, resilience and a strong desire to succeed
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • The ability to work at pace, manage priorities and stay organised
  • A collaborative team-player mentality
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn and become a market expert
  • Positivity and determination—recruitment can be challenging, but highly rewarding

What you'll get in return

  • Competitive salary + uncapped commission scheme
  • 29 days annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday off
  • Opportunity for international relocation
  • Hybrid working (WFH 2 days per week)
  • In-depth onboarding programme tailored to your career goals
  • Clear progression plan with ongoing training and development
  • A dedicated Stanton House 'buddy' to support you during your first six months
  • Pension scheme with up to 5% employer match
  • Sabbatical options after 3, 5 and 10 years' service
  • Access to the Pirkx wellbeing platform, including discounted gym memberships, cycle-to-work scheme, 24/7 GP access, retail discounts, cashback offers, counselling support and more
  • Regular social events, including Summer and Christmas parties, quarterly high-performer lunches with Directors and an annual incentive trip abroad
