We are looking for an ambitious Private Client Associate to join our highly regarded team in Manchester.
The role
Working alongside Partners Deborah Clark and Christopher Noel, you will advise on a broad range of complex and high-value private client matters while developing and managing your own caseload.
Our Private Client team acts for a diverse client base, including high net worth individuals, trustees, landowners and entrepreneurs. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues across Real Estate, Corporate and Family teams to deliver exceptional client service.

The role

What You'll Be Doing
You will advise clients on matters including:
- Estate and succession planning
- Inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning
- Complex will drafting
- Trustee powers and duties
- Creating and administering trusts
- Family investment companies
- Qualified solicitor with at least 1 year's PQE
- Experience gained within a large regional or City firm
- Strong technical expertise advising high net worth individuals and trustees
- Proven ability to manage your own matters, including financial management responsibilities
- STEP Diploma completed or currently in progress would be advantageous
