AWS Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native AWS architectures for large-scale modernization and migration programs.
• Design event-driven, serverless, and microservices-based solutions using AWS services.
• Define High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Architect secure, scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant solutions.
• Drive migration initiatives from webMethods (wM) or legacy middleware platforms to AWS.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and database teams.
• Design MongoDB-based data models and access patterns.
• Provide technical leadership and perform architecture reviews.

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering and cloud architecture experience.
• 5+ years of AWS Solution Architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
• AWS Lambda
• AWS Step Functions
• Amazon SQS
• Amazon EventBridge
• Amazon S3
• Amazon CloudWatch
• AWS IAM
• AWS VPC, Route53, Security Groups, NACLs
• Strong Serverless Architecture experience.
• Strong Containerization experience:
• Docker
• Kubernetes / EKS
• Strong Python development experience.
• Experience with Node.js.
• Microservices Architecture.
• Event-Driven Architecture.
• MongoDB.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK).
• Cloud Security and Networking.

Preferred

• Telecom Domain.
• GenAI implementation experience on AWS.
• webMethods Migration.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional.
