We're working with a public sector client to find an experienced Azure Platform Engineer to join a high-performing Agile delivery team responsible for designing, building, automating, and supporting secure cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Azure.

Security Clearance: Active SC clearance required.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing, building and supporting secure Azure cloud infrastructure
• Developing and maintaining Terraform-based infrastructure
• Configuring and optimising Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Implementing automation, monitoring and security best practices
• Collaborating with Agile delivery teams to deliver scalable, resilient cloud solutions
• Troubleshooting and resolving platform, deployment and infrastructure issues

What we're looking for:

• Strong Azure platform experience, Networking, IAM/RBAC, Storage Accounts, Virtual Machines, Key Vault, Monitoring, Databricks
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Azure DevOps (ADO) Pipelines and CI/CD implementation
• Source control and branching strategies using Azure DevOps Repos/Git
• Containerisation using Docker and Docker Compose
• Security and vulnerability scanning (Trivy or similar)
• Scripting and automation using Bash and/or Python
• Solid grasp of Azure networking concepts, VNets, NSGs, Private Endpoints, DNS
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting Azure environments
• Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams
