Your Role And Responsibilities

A Product Manager : - Champion a product - led delivery ensuring that all work supports a clear value case, Collaborate with team and broader Stakeholders. They will creating and maintaining the Product Backlog and Roadmap, describing how the value and vision will be realised. The role supports delivery across the SDLC, helping ensure solutions meet business needs while aligning with technical constraints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion a product - led delivery ensuring that all work supports a clear value case.
  • Creating and maintaining the Product Backlog and Roadmap, describing how the value and vision will be realised
  • Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and solution assessments.
  • Work with developers, testers, architects, and vendors to clarify requirements.
  • Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement.
  • articulate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and measures of success
  • Maintaining transparency among stakeholders
  • Advocate User needs, including accessibility.
  • Prioritise user stories
  • Input to technical, content and design solutions.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Previous experience as a Product Manager
  • User stories, acceptance criteria, use case modelling
  • Process mapping and workflow analysis
  • Impact and gap analysis
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system behaviour
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills

This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
