We're looking for enthusiastic and passionate Bank Speech & Language Therapists (Band 5–7) to join our growing Derbyshire team, supporting children and young people across schools.

This is an excellent opportunity for therapists looking for flexible work whilst making a meaningful difference to children with communication needs.

The role will include:

• Carrying out Speech & Language Therapy assessments and reviews within EHCP provisions

• Delivering direct therapy and targeted interventions

• Supporting school staff with practical strategies and advice

• Providing training to education professionals

• Working in partnership with parents and carers to support communication at home

• Contributing to high-quality EHCP provision and collaborative multidisciplinary working

We're looking for therapists who:

• Are HCPC registered Speech & Language Therapists

• Hold RCSLT membership

• Have experience working with children and young people in educational settings

• Can work independently whilst being part of a supportive clinical team

• Are committed to delivering high-quality, child-centred therapy
