Spire St Anthony's Hospital is recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join its experienced Theatreadministration team on an as-and-when basis, providing cover for sickness absence, annual leave, and periods of increased demand.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Carrying out administrative duties such as printing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies.
- Maintaining computer and manual filing systems.
- Relying to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.
- Greeting and assisting visitors to the department.
- Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
- Assist theatre team in sourcing stock as needed.
- Rescheduling theatre lists and printing the theatre lists daily.
- Experience of face to face customer/patient interaction
- Has excellent Administration skills using different databases and systems (training will be given)
- Exceptional phone manner
- Having previous medical knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
- Enthusiastic and energetic professional
