Salary Range: £42,000 per annum

Location: Swindon or London

Full Site Based/Hybrid/Remote Working: Flexible working available

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week


Role information:

- A key member of the Work Winning Team the primary function of the Bid Writer will be to contribute to the development and production of high-quality written responses to pre-qualifications and bids. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of how to formulate a written response that meets the client’s requirements and communicates the client’s solutions in both written and visual formats.


Qualifications/Experience Required:

- Excellent written skills

- Demonstrable high level of competence in written English

- Proof reading and formatting experience.

- Produce written responses for PQQs and Tenders including; unique responses, references, case studies, CVs

- Ensure all tender documentation is presented to a uniformly high standard, editing and proofreading submission documents

- Identify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant


UK National Security Vetting Status – BPSS Required
