Role: Bilingual Client Project Associate
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £40k base + Bonus!
We are currently working with a highly successful and growing specialist advisory business to recruit a Client Project Associate to join its expanding team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced client-facing professional with strong project management, communication and problem-solving skills to take on a varied role combining client engagement, project delivery and market interaction.
The role will include:
- Coordinating the setup and delivery of multiple client projects.
- Monitoring project progress, timelines, renewal dates and budgets.
- Managing day-to-day client queries and ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
- Working closely with technical and market management teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
- Acting as an interface between clients and brokers, ensuring documentation and information are provided on time.
- Building and developing relationships across the insurance and wider professional services market.
- Managing day-to-day client contact and supporting renewal activity.
You will work with a portfolio of corporate clients, with a particular focus on mid-market, private-equity-backed businesses. This means you'll have regular exposure to senior stakeholders and will need to be comfortable communicating with individuals such as CFOs, General Counsels and other senior decision-makers.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have:
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally working with senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to getting things done.
- The ability to take ownership of an issue from initial formulation through to resolution.
- Strong communication, influencing, negotiation and presentation skills.
Knowledge or previous experience within the insurance market would be advantageous, but isn't necessarily essential.
