London (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite)

6-12 Month Contract

We're looking for an experienced BMC Helix Solution Architect to support a large-scale enterprise transformation programme focused on modernising IT Service Management, automation, and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver BMC Helix solutions across ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Digital Workplace and Automation

• Lead platform integrations with cloud, infrastructure, monitoring and enterprise applications

• Drive automation, workflow optimisation and AI-enabled service management initiatives

• Define architecture standards, governance and best practices

• Support ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Configuration Management processes

• Lead upgrades, migrations and transformation projects across complex enterprise environments

• Produce solution designs, architecture documentation and technical standards

Required Experience:

• Strong BMC Helix / Remedy architecture expertise

• Experience with ITSM, Discovery, CMDB and Digital Workplace implementations

• CIS Controls v8.1 implementation experience

• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management best practice

• Experience integrating cloud platforms, enterprise systems and automation tools

• Knowledge of Python, PowerShell, REST APIs or orchestration technologies is beneficial
