What You’ll Take On

This is where data meets decisions. As a Bordereaux Technician, you’ll turn complex bordereaux into clean, reliable insight and cash flow, making sure delegated authority business runs with accuracy, pace and control. You’ll sit at the centre of finance, operations and brokers, solving problems early and keeping payments moving with confidence.

In the role, the sort of challenges you can expect include:

• Turn raw bordereaux into validated, decision-ready data, ensuring premiums align to contract terms and nothing moves without accuracy.
• Own the flow of premium payments end-to-end, keeping settlements timely, correct and fully aligned to validated data.
• Spot and resolve discrepancies early, protecting financial integrity and avoiding downstream impact on reporting and cash flow.
• Build strong relationships with coverholders and internal teams, becoming the go-to for bordereaux, payment queries and recurring issues.
• Use insight from reconciliations and reporting to improve processes, reduce errors and strengthen how delegated authority business is managed.
