You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world.

About The Role
We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Brand Experience & Activation Manager to bring our brand to life through memorable experiences, events, partnerships and activations.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging brand experiences that connect with customers beyond digital channels, helping to build awareness, drive acquisition and strengthen loyalty.
Working closely with teams across Marketing, Ecommerce and Socials you'll ensure every activation delivers against brand objectives while creating meaningful customer engagement and measurable business impact.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and scale our experiential marketing strategy within a fast-growing ecommerce business.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute brand activations, pop-ups, events and partnership opportunities that support business growth.
Manage activation budgets, suppliers and project delivery, ensuring activity is delivered on time and within budget.
Measure performance and ROI, using insights to optimise future activations and customer experiences.
Measures of Success
Growth in brand awareness, engagement and customer acquisition generated through activation activity.
Delivery of activations within budget, on schedule and achieving agreed performance targets.
Positive ROI, increased CRM acquisition and strong customer satisfaction/NPS scores.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in brand activation, experiential marketing, events or partnerships, ideally within an ecommerce or consumer brand environment.
Strong project management, stakeholder management and budget management skills.
Commercially minded, creative and results-driven, with the ability to translate brand experiences into measurable business outcomes.
