This is an opportunity for a talented and reliable Freelance Graphic Designer to make a tangible impact on the brand’s visual identity and market presence. You will be instrumental in translating the brand vision into compelling visual narratives, bringing campaigns and brand stories to life across a wide array of platforms. Your creativity and precision will directly shape how the brand connects with consumers and partners, playing a crucial role in reinforcing our client’s position as an industry leader.
As a pivotal member of the regional Design team in EMEA, you will dive into a diverse range of projects, collaborating closely with marketing teams, key account partners, and external media agencies. Your contributions will ensure best-in-class design delivery across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
This is a freelance, project-based role until December 2026, offering £4.400,- per month fixed fee (£200 pd). Onsite presence is required (2/3x per week) in Warrington, UK.

Responsibilities
Drive Creative Asset Production: Support the creation of comprehensive campaign toolkits, engaging digital and social content, innovative retail experiential designs, and impactful out-of-home advertising materials for our priority markets. Partner with trusted retail accounts to bring our brand vision to life.
Localize and Adapt Global Campaigns: Skillfully localize and adapt global creative assets to meet regional and retailer-specific requirements, ensuring high-quality execution at every consumer touchpoint.
Enhance Experiential and Retail Environments: Design and resize retail creative assets for both full-price and value-led store environments, maintaining brand consistency while optimizing layouts for various footprints, formats, and in-store hardware across our retail locations.
Develop Experiential Toolkits: Create experiential and retail design assets, including window displays, visual merchandising toolkits, in-store graphics, point-of-sale materials, and branded fixtures, translating campaign concepts into scalable executions that perform effectively across diverse retail spaces.
Champion Brand Stewardship: Collaborate with senior design leadership to ensure all assets are strong, on-brand, commercially focused, and relevant to our consumers. Provide clear, thoughtful design recommendations covering layout, visual hierarchy, typography, image usage, and brand tone of voice.
Foster Collaborative Workflows: Work hand-in-hand with various Marketing teams to transform commercial priorities and product stories into compelling visual outputs for the region. Partner with trusted media agencies and other external collaborators to develop paid-media assets (out-of-home, social, digital video), ensuring files are optimized for each platform and market while adhering to global brand direction.
Manage Projects Effectively: Proactively manage your workload to meet agreed timelines, balancing multiple briefs while consistently upholding high creative standards.
Contribute to Team Excellence: Adhere to established workflows for creative reviews, file delivery, and asset management. Support the wider Creative Studio by contributing to seamless processes and fostering strong communication across teams, adapting flexibly to shifting priorities and fast turnaround times within a broader pan-regional creative function.

Qualifications
- First-class experience with Mac, particularly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, & After Effects).
- Proven experience (min. 3 years) working effectively with a wide range of departments, stakeholders, and agency partners, acting as a consistent thread throughout creative conversations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premier and Figma.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently present and defend creative work to both internal teams and external partners.
- Experience within commercial environments, especially in retail / fashion / lifestyle (agency or brand).
- A keen awareness and understanding of the latest developments and best practices within graphic design.
- An instinctive brand guardian mentality, demonstrating a deep understanding and empathy for brands and their longevity.
