Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team and support business operations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role is designed for individuals starting their career in business analysis, with a focus on learning how to translate business needs into structured requirements and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
• Support analysis of business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to understand project needs
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and team meetings
• Assist in testing and validating business solutions
• Document workflows, business processes, and functional specifications
• Support data collection and basic analysis for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• No prior professional experience required (internships or academic projects are a plus)
• Strong interest in business analysis, data, or IT systems
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn in a structured environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Academic or internship experience in reporting or analysis
• Basic SQL knowledge (optional)
