🔎 ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a hands-on Business Analyst with strong experience in Business Process Analysis, Process Mapping and Process Improvement to support a BAU environment.

🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyse and document existing business processes

• Create detailed As-Is process maps and process flows

• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, duplication and inefficiencies

• Develop To-Be processes and improvement proposals

• Conduct stakeholder workshops and process walkthroughs

• Translate findings into clear, practical recommendations

• Maintain accurate process documentation

• Support implementation of agreed process improvements
