We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow (CMDB / ITSM) experience to support data remediation and data governance activities within a global environment.
The role involves working closely with stakeholders across clients, service management, and infrastructure teams to ensure ServiceNow data is accurate, consistent, and aligned to defined standards.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and improve ServiceNow data quality (CMDB, ITSM, asset data)
- Define data standards, rules, and validation criteria
- Perform data cleansing, correction, and remediation activities
- Support workshops for requirements and data definitions
- Maintain data traceability across systems
- Support governance, testing, and validation activities
- Produce documentation (process flows, data mappings, data dictionaries)
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
🧠 Required Skills
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience (mandatory)
- CMDB / ITSM data knowledge
- Business Analysis experience in data-focused projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in data quality / remediation / governance
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- IT infrastructure or ITIL knowledge (preferred)
🎓 Experience
- 3–7 years Business Analyst experience
- Experience working with ServiceNow environments
- Experience facilitating workshops and requirements sessions
📍 Must be able to work onsite in Basildon, UK
