What You’ll Do
- Provide leadership, coaching and line management for Business Analysts, supporting capability development, succession planning, performance management and career progression.
- Lead the Business Analysis Community of Practice, establishing and governing business analysis standards, methods, tools and quality controls across the IT Function.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, shape business cases and ensure business value is clearly defined and measurable.
- Oversee business analysis activities across change initiatives, ensuring consistent approaches to requirements management, process modelling, user stories, acceptance criteria and solution validation.
- Facilitate and support discovery, process analysis and improvement activities, helping teams identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and customer outcomes.
- A proven people leader with strong coaching and capability development experience.
- An expert in BABOK knowledge areas, business analysis techniques and requirements lifecycle management.
- Experienced in software development lifecycles and working within agile and waterfall delivery approaches.
- Analytical, with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills, with the ability to identify root causes and practical options.
- An excellent communicator, with proven presentation and influencing skills with senior stakeholders, regional teams and subject matter experts.
- Highly organised, collaborative and culturally aware, with the flexibility to work across global teams and competing priorities.
