What you’ll be doing:
This role is pivotal in ensuring effective information flow, alignment, and transparency across , Front Line Commands, cross-government stakeholders, and industry partners. The postholder will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping programme narrative, coordinating high-impact engagement activity, and ensuring consistent, secure, and timely communication that supports business change, adoption, and Defence capability outcomes.
A key focus of the role is the design and delivery of structured engagement forums, events, and information-sharing mechanisms, enabling collaboration across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

- Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement and communications strategies.
- Lead high-profile engagement events, workshops, and communication campaigns.
- Drive business change, adoption, and benefits realisation activities.
- Support senior leadership with strategic communications and key messaging.
- Build trusted relationships across Defence, government, and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure effective information sharing, governance, and communication assurance.
