The Role

As a Lead Generator, you will play a key role in identifying and creating new business opportunities for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a successful career in sales and business development.

Working within our Business Development team, you will engage with senior decision-makers across a wide range of organisations, qualifying opportunities and generating high-quality leads for our sales team. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where resilience, determination and a positive attitude are essential.

What You'll Be Doing

πŸ“ž Conduct outbound telephone calls to prospective clients

🎯 Identify and qualify new business opportunities for the sales team

🏒 Profile and research over 3,000 businesses per year

πŸ’¬ Build relationships with key decision-makers across a variety of sectors

πŸ“ˆ Generate a minimum of 15 qualified leads per week

πŸ“Š Maintain accurate records of all activity within company systems

⚑ Achieve daily activity targets, including calls, conversations and talk time

🀝 Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams to support growth


What We're Looking For

πŸŽ“ Minimum 2:1 degree or above in any business-related discipline

πŸ“ˆ Up to 12 months' commercial work experience, sales experience advantageous but not essential

πŸ—£οΈ Articulate, confident and professional telephone manner

πŸ’ͺ Resilient, tenacious and comfortable speaking with new people every day
