The role
This is an exciting opportunity to begin or develop your career in business growth, working across Business Development, Bids and Client Development.
You will initially join our Business Development team for six months, before moving into either the Bids or Client Development team. This varied role will give you broad experience across marketing, client experience and winning new business, while supporting colleagues throughout the firm.
The role can be based in any of our offices outside London.
The person
You will be organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will bring strong written English, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
You will be comfortable using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams, with an interest in using Copilot and other technology to improve efficiency while maintaining a people-focused approach.
Experience in professional services, bids, marketing materials or CRM systems would be helpful, but curiosity, adaptability and a positive attitude are just as important. You will enjoy learning, building relationships and contributing new ideas.

Pre employment screening

- Support business development plans, campaigns and projects.
- Create pitches, presentations, case studies and marketing materials.
- Research target clients, competitors and markets.
- Help coordinate events, conferences and client meetings.
- Support the preparation and submission of bids, tenders and proposals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, content libraries and business growth data.
- Coordinate client plans, feedback activity and client team meetings.
- Produce updates and reports, while helping teams collaborate effectively.
