Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience that resonates with our community.
- Implement and uphold REFY’s retail standards and practices that drive operational efficiency and brand consistency.
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform strategies that enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with retailers and stakeholders to enhance REFY’s retail presence
- Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with the team to set individual and collective sales goals
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stock team to ensure optimal product availability
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, creating a welcoming and engaging counter environment
- Lead the development and execution of in-store events and promotions that align with REFY’s brand and resonate with customers
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members, instilling REFY’s core values and standards in all aspects of their work.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging open communication and mutual support.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support individual and team development.
- 2+ years experience in a management role in the retail industry
- Demonstrated expertise in managing, coaching and developing a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse customers and team members
- A passion for the beauty industry and luxury retail environments
- Demonstrated success in driving individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Skilled at engaging with all management levels and fostering collaborative, positive business relationships
