Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join us on a maternity cover contract - up to 12 months duration. This is a high-profile role responsible for delivering some of the most visible campaigns and events in the financial advice sector, including the renowned VouchedFor Top Rated Adviser Guide and Client Experience Awards.

The opportunity

This is a broad and varied marketing role that combines campaign management, sponsorship activation, partner engagement, event delivery and go-to-market planning. You'll play a key role in helping investment and wealth providers connect with adviser audiences through Defaqto's campaigns, events and distribution solutions.

Working closely with colleagues across marketing, product, sales and customer success, you'll help drive engagement, strengthen strategic partnerships and support business growth.

What you'll do

  • Lead the delivery of the VouchedFor Top Rated Adviser Guide, one of the advice profession's largest consumer-facing campaigns.
  • Support the planning and delivery of industry-leading conferences, awards and adviser events.
  • Build and develop relationships with key strategic partners and sponsors.
  • Manage and coach a Marketing Associate, supporting campaign execution and lead generation activities.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success and product teams to deliver consistent messaging and successful go-to-market activity.
  • Work with content specialists to create compelling marketing assets, case studies and thought leadership content
  • Support new product launches and ongoing product development through customer and market feedback.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • 4+ years' experience in a campaign, product marketing or similar B2B marketing role.
  • Strong planning and project management skills.
  • Experience managing clients, sponsors or strategic partners.
  • A track record of creating campaigns that drive engagement and commercial outcomes.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and audience segmentation tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable requirements:
  • Experience within SaaS, technology or data-led businesses.
  • Knowledge of the financial advice, wealth management or financial services sector.
  • Previous line management experience.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.

Important to know:

Location:
Hybrid working model from our London office (Herbal Hill, Farringdon). You'll work 2 to 3 times each week from the office with attendance at various events throughout the year.
