- Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience at every stage
This is not transactional recruitment. It's quality, consultative, values-led and relationship-driven...... with real ownership and commercial exposure.
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate relevant, specialist experience aligned to our market, including:
- Business support recruitment experience, specifically Executive Assistant / senior support roles
- Experience recruiting into financial services, ideally private equity, alternative investments or related sectors
- Or a combination of both
We also welcome:
- Individuals with significant experience as an Executive Assistant (supporting senior stakeholders), who are motivated to transition into a commercially driven recruitment role
Alongside this, you will:
- Thrive in a high-pace, high-standards environment
- Care deeply about people, detail and delivery
- Be naturally relationship-led and commercially curious
- Enjoy being part of a collaborative, high-performing team
If you're ambitious, values-driven and looking to build a long-term career, we'll invest in you. This is a highly sought-after opportunity - apply now to avoid missing out.
