Candidate Manager

London | Hybrid (Mon, Wed & Thurs in office)

At Joss Search, we partner with some of the world's most influential private equity and alternative investment firms, delivering exceptional EA, PA and operations talent into high-growth environments.

We're now looking for a Candidate Manager to join our flagship London Perm Team - a high-performing, relationship-led group at the heart of our business.

Why Joss Search?

We're a boutique, global brand with offices in London and New York and a reputation for doing recruitment properly; high quality, deeply relational and genuinely human.

We're also proud to be:

  • Employee-owned via an Employee Ownership Trust
  • Award-winning, including APSCo and The Times Best Places to Work
  • A business where top consultants bill £300k+, partnered by exceptional Candidate Managers

This is a fast-paced, high-performance environment where standards are high, learning is constant, and success is shared.

The Role

As a Candidate Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our candidate network, the backbone of Joss Search.

You'll work closely with consultants to:

  • Proactively source high-calibre business support talent (EA and senior support roles)
  • Conduct screening and registration interviews
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with candidates
  • Curate and manage high-quality talent pools
  • Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience at every stage

This is not transactional recruitment. It's quality, consultative, values-led and relationship-driven...... with real ownership and commercial exposure.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate relevant, specialist experience aligned to our market, including:

  • Business support recruitment experience, specifically Executive Assistant / senior support roles
  • Experience recruiting into financial services, ideally private equity, alternative investments or related sectors
  • Or a combination of both

We also welcome:

  • Individuals with significant experience as an Executive Assistant (supporting senior stakeholders), who are motivated to transition into a commercially driven recruitment role

Alongside this, you will:

  • Thrive in a high-pace, high-standards environment
  • Care deeply about people, detail and delivery
  • Be naturally relationship-led and commercially curious
  • Enjoy being part of a collaborative, high-performing team

If you're ambitious, values-driven and looking to build a long-term career, we'll invest in you. This is a highly sought-after opportunity - apply now to avoid missing out.
