AWS Connect Solution Architect | Contract | 6-12 Months

Hybrid UK | Strong Day Rate - Fully Remote

Looking for an AWS Connect Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale CCaaS solutions built around Amazon Connect. This is a hands-on architecture role focused on scalable, secure, and resilient contact centre environments across complex transformation programmes.

Key experience required:

• End-to-end Amazon Connect solution architecture

• Contact flows, IVR, routing profiles, queues, and agent experience

• AWS Lambda, Lex Bots, APIs, and event-driven integrations

• Strong AWS cloud architecture background

• Integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other platforms

• Contact Lens, analytics, call recording, and reporting capabilities

• Security architecture, IAM, governance, and resilience design

• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive technical direction

Ideal for someone who understands both the technical depth and operational realities of modern cloud contact centres. Strong communication skills are essential.
