Job Description:
- The Cyber Change Programme Manager will lead a large, complex, multi-year cyber and operational resilience regulatory change portfolio (e.g. PRA/FCA expectations, , UK operational resilience, outsourcing and third party, cyber resilience) across technology and business units.
- The role owns end to end delivery, governance and stakeholder management to achieve demonstrable compliance, risk reduction and uplift in cyber security posture.
- Senior Technology Programme Manager with deep experience leading global cyber and operational resilience regulatory change (PRA/FCA, DORA, outsourcing/third party) across major banks; strong at turning regulation into executable roadmaps, governing complex portfolios, and achieving tangible risk reduction.
