Who You Will Work With
Our client is a global financial services firm that manages wealth, navigates complex markets, and design strategic financial objectives. The firm provides risk management solutions across a variety of sectors, emphasizing long-term relationships, and innovative approaches to financial challenges.

What You'll Do

• Review end-to-end operational processes to identify inefficiencies and control weaknesses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements, define opportunities and co design process enhancement solutions.
• Convert specialist, manual tasks into structured, repeatable and well controlled processes that reduce reliance on single person knowledge.
• Identify and prioritise opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate manual activities using digital tooling and improved ways of working.
• Develop and apply tooling (Power BI, Alteryx, UiPath, Copilot) to enhance reporting, automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Support design, testing and implementation of change initiatives, coordinating workstreams, tracking milestones and ensuring sustainable embedding into business as usual.
• Produce and maintain process documentation, training, governance materials and impact metrics (time saved, effort reduction, control enhancements) and run workshops to drive adoption.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role supporting process improvement, change delivery or digital transformation.
• Highly analytical, able to pinpoint inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
• Proficient with tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, UiPath, Python or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in control frameworks, data integrity and governance.
• Excellent process mapping and documentation skills, with a methodical approach to problem solving.
• Capable of managing multiple workstreams, prioritising effectively and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communicator and stakeholder manager, able to translate technical outputs into business outcomes.
