As one of our Civil Enforcement Officers - also known as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants - you’ll help keep streets safe across London, accessible and fair for everyone. Every day is varied and engaging, requiring accountability, sound judgement and the ability to work outdoors in all weathers

Officers may be deployed via foot patrol, e-cycles, mopeds, or mobile enforcement units from bases across London where you will:
- Patrol assigned areas across London
- Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) in line with regulations
- Provide clear and professional communication to the public regarding restrictions and enforcement actions
- Provide a visible presence to deter non-compliance
- Accurately record enforcement activity using handheld devices
- Maintain health and safety as well as operational standards
- Enjoy working alone for extended periods and value being part of a supportive team
- Physically resilient and happy outdoors in all weathers
- A high level of self-motivation and accountability
- Strong people skills with a calm, professional, approachable manner
- Care about fairness, community safety and doing the right thing
- Confident and consistent when dealing with challenges
- Full training is provided, including legislation, conflict management and equipment use
- 42.5 hours per week
- 5 days on, 2 days off
- Shifts between 7:00am and 11:00pm
