- ⏱️ Full-time | 37.5 hrs | Monday to Friday.
🚀 About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven Client Development Manager to help expand our holiday parks portfolio and bring new partnerships to life.
This is a high-impact, relationship-led role where you’ll:
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Build meaningful, long-term partnerships
- Shape compelling, tailored client propositions
You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Operations, Tech, and Legal to ensure every partnership is set up for success.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- ➡️ Target and secure new holiday park & multi-site operator partnerships
- ➡️ Manage a strong pipeline from first contact to signed deal
- ➡️ Deliver engaging, tailored pitches and proposals
- ➡️ Work cross-functionally to support onboarding and delivery
- ➡️ Support negotiations and drive strong commercial outcomes
- ➡️ Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
- ➡️ Track performance against targets and KPIs
🎯 What You’ll Bring
- ✅ Proven B2B sales / business development experience
- ✅ Strong track record of winning new business
- ✅ Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- ✅ Commercial mindset with a consultative approach
- ✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
