Client Manager - Health & Beauty

Location: Mainframe, London (Hybrid)

Reports to: Strategic Insight Director, H&B

In this role, you will partner with some of the industry's leading brands, including Reckitt, Kenvue (formerly Johnson & Johnson), Haleon (formerly GSK), Beiersdorf and many more. You will play a key role in helping clients unlock growth opportunities through industry-leading consumer and shopper insights, while building strong, trusted relationships that drive long-term value.

You'll have the chance to contribute beyond day-to-day client management by getting involved in areas such as thought leadership, PR initiatives, commercial strategy and business development.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of Health & Beauty clients, including key accounts such as Beiersdorf (Nivea) and Church & Dwight.
  • Taking, shaping and delivering client briefs, ensuring insights are translated into clear commercial recommendations and actionable outcomes.
  • Identifying opportunities to deepen client partnerships, grow account value and expand the use of our solutions across client accounts.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders through regular client meetings, presentations and on-site visits.
  • Delivering engaging, insight-led presentations that influence decision-making.
  • Contributing to wider team initiatives, including thought leadership, industry engagement and commercial development activities.

  • Genuine enthusiasm and interest in Health & Beauty markets (this could be anything from Pain Relief to Hair Removal, Cosmetics to Baby Wipes…)
