Creative Services Manager – Post-Production & Operations (International)

Are you a seasoned Creative Operations professional with a deep background in post-production and international campaign delivery?

We are partnering with a world-leading interactive entertainment and gaming powerhouse to secure a Creative Services Manager focused on post-production and global marketing operations. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of creative asset management, localisation, and campaign execution for world-famous gaming franchises across international markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Campaign & Creative Delivery: End-to-end coordination of localised creative assets across AV, digital, social, video, and CRM channels.
  • Workflow & Operations: Build and manage workback schedules, track milestones, and streamline post-production workflows in Asana.
  • Global Stakeholder Management: Align internal creative teams, regional brand marketers, and external vendor networks across multiple international territories.
  • Asset & Systems Oversight: Manage distribution and structure within Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms while supporting technical asset specifications.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record in Creative Services, Creative Operations, or Post-Production inside a fast-paced agency, studio, or brand.
  • Hands-on expertise managing multi-market localisation and AV/digital marketing workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in Asana (or similar enterprise PM tools) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
  • Practical familiarity/working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
  • Strong autonomous project management skills with proactive risk identification.
