About The Role

We are seeking a high-performing, analytical, and hands-on Client Solutions Manager to join our social media client. In this role, you will be embedded directly within the Retail vertical, partnering closely with an internal Client Partner to manage high-stakes relationships with prominent, high-street retail brands.

This is an “in the trenches,” fast-paced individual contributor position where you will move beyond simply reacting to briefs. You will use your deep, native platform expertise to proactively identify growth opportunities, pitch them to clients, and directly execute high-performing social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Direct, hands-on execution and deployment of social media campaigns directly within the platform’s native Ads Manager.
  • Performance & Optimization: Develop and manage end-to-end Direct Response (DR) and performance marketing campaigns, focusing heavily on unlocking revenue growth and driving product adoption metrics.
  • Consultative Sales Support: Partner with the Client Partner to independently uncover growth opportunities, build client pitches, and consultatively sell in new strategies.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze complex platform data and tracking insights to overcome performance barriers, optimize ongoing campaigns, and guide media/creative strategy.
  • Measurement Strategy: Outline, oversee, and deliver comprehensive tracking and measurement strategies to track performance against key KPIs.
  • AI Integration: Actively and agilely adapt day-to-day workflows to leverage internal AI tools to streamline workload and maximize output.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or paid social media.
  • Platform Expertise: Absolute must-have, current, and hands-on experience executing and managing campaigns directly inside the social media platform’s native Ads Manager.
  • Performance Marketing Focus: Strong background and established expertise in Direct Response (DR) marketing, prioritising conversion and performance metrics over pure brand-building awareness.
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional data-driven problem-solving skills with a proven track record of diving into metrics to unlock revenue growth.
  • Resilience & Agility: Ability to thrive under pressure in a front-line environment, manage sophisticated client relationships, and navigate organisational flux with a highly proactive ownership mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Vertical experience supporting large enterprise retail or e-commerce brands.
  • A background working within a fast-paced media agency or client-side performance team.
