Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)Contract Details: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) Salary: Approx. £110,000 (Pro Rata) + 33% Sales Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package


Role Summary

We are looking for a highly agile, data-driven Client Solutions Manager to manage performance marketing and strategic growth for major, high-street retail brands. Partnering directly with an internal Client Partner, you will be responsible for guiding media strategy, managing intense client relationships, and using deep platform expertise to execute campaigns that unlock revenue growth.


What You Will Do

  • Dive straight into Ads Manager from day one to execute, optimise, and scale complex social campaigns.
  • Proactively identify performance and growth opportunities, pitch these solutions directly to clients, and oversee execution.
  • Partner closely with client partners, as well as internal measurement, creative, and technical teams to deliver seamless campaign results.
  • Outline and oversee measurement strategies, campaign tracking, and comprehensive data analysis to overcome barriers and maximise ROI.
  • Immediately integrate and utilise internal AI tools to manage your workload and optimise day-to-day campaign workflows.


What We Are Looking For


  • 6 to 10 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media buying, or paid social account management.
  • Literal "in the trenches" experience executing campaigns natively within leading global social media platforms.
  • Deep expertise in Direct Response (DR) tactics, conversion metrics (ROAS, CPA), and performance-driven campaign structures.
  • The capability to learn quickly and adapt to organisational flux without getting overwhelmed by high-pressure, front-line client relationships.
  • Prior experience handling accounts within the retail or e-commerce vertical is considered a strong plus.
